Slides

Click on the links below to access html slides for each chapter in the book. You do not need any special software to run the slide show. Any modern browser will work. For the slides and the math to render correctly you need to be connected to the internet. Math will continue to render offline after the slides have been accessed for the first time.

The slides are based on reveal.js and they have two dimensions: you move up and down on a topic and sideways between sections. Try hitting <ESC> to have an overview of the content. The pdf links above should produce flattened versions of the slides which should be better but not perfect for saving as pdf or printing.
